Abstract
- The dataset comprises XML/TEI-encoded transcriptions of letters and documents exchanged between Arnold Schoenberg and his publishers Universal-Edition and Dreililien (1902 and 1951), accompanied by TEI-encoded index files for persons, organizations, places, compositions, writings, events, and stamps/letterheads, as well as a project bibliography in TEI/XML and CSV formats (ASUE Data). The dataset further includes the project’s editorial and encoding guidelines and a schema for validating the TEI files (ASUE_Schema_Guidelines) . As the edition is conceived as a hybrid publication, the dataset additionally contains files related to the print production workflow (ASUE_print-workflow) . This dataset also contains the edition's web application (ASUE_WebApp).
